BWH Golf Society

Welcome to the BWH Golf Society

In late 2002 a group of like minded golfers of varying ability from Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hertfordshire decided that they would have a golfing holiday. Their geographical differences meant that they had never met as a group, but just prior to Easter 2003 twelve golfers arrived at Deer Park in Dublin for what was to become the inaugural BWH Golf Society overseas trip.

Since then the society has grown and most attend the three "home" competitions in their respective counties with a hugely popular FA Cup day golf event in Summer. A dozen members also travel to the annual overseas event which since the original event in Ireland has moved to the Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Slovenia, Southern Spain and in May 2009 Arras, France. 

One thing is certain - whatever the event they are always great fun!
